About Us

Scholarships Care recognizes that treatment may not be affordable for all individuals. To this end, through our 501C-3 C.A.R.E.'s Helps program, we are able to provide a limited number of partial scholarships to deserving individuals. Please fill out the scholarship application below and/or call the admissions counselor at 866 494 0866 and we will attempt to help you. Please remember we can only offer partial scholarships subject to available funding.

In consideration for being evaluated and/or for receiving scholarships or financial assistance you will be required to agree in writing to the following rules or stipulations:

1) I will not discuss any financial consideration
    and/or fees with anyone. This information is
    confidential between C.A.R.E., Inc. and myself.

2) I will remain abstinent and maintain my sobriety.

3) I will fully participate in the C.A.R.E. program.

4) I will provide bartered services to the community
    and program, as requested by the staff, in order
   to help pay for costs incurred during my stay at
    C.A.R.E.

5) I will keep my commitments and payments
    current and up to date.

I understand that any violation of the above stated stipulations or rules will result in the immediate forfeiture of any and all scholarships or financial assistance.
