Extended C.A.R.E. involves long-term drug rehabilitation and commitment to relapse prevention. Because we understand that it is often not enough to plant the seeds, we believe that we must also provide a fertile field for them to grow and mature. After addiction treatment is completed we offer a sober living community and continued support. Preventing relapse is our commitment in all of the C.A.R.E. programs. Depending on your personal needs, C.A.R.E. can offer:

*C.A.R.E. provides housing both in their own facility and in cooperation with other local providers. The decision as to which residence is chosen is based on patient preference and individual needs.
